Return Period:

You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your product to return the product that is eligible for a return.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
    (unopened, if applicable, with the original packaging, including accessories,
    user manuals, warranty cards, brand seal, etc.).
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse or
    mishandling.
  • The product is not part of the non-eligible categories.

If the item is defective, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange after the verification process. Any claims after the return period will be treated as a warranty claim.

Refund Duration:

Upon receipt of your returned item, kindly note that the return process may take up to 7 DAYS us to complete. Once the return processing is completed, it will take 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your payment card statement or bank account.

How to Initiate a Return:

For items bought from Al Taheri Computers store:

  • Bring the item to Our store with the original tax invoice
  • Head to the any sales staff they will assist you to process a return.

For the items bought from online :

  • Email your order details to [email protected] and our customer support team will reach out to provide you with the necessary return instructions

Non-Eligible Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange if packaging is opened, or the item is been used:

  • Accessories
  • Toners and cartridges
  • Software
  • On demand products (product specially ordered for you)
  • Assembled/customized desktop computers.
  • Upgraded laptops as per your order.
