PAYMENT METHODS:

  • We accept cash on delivery (COD) and Secure credit/debit card payments
  • For COD, you can pay for the product when you received it.
  • For both COD and Secure payment, you get an email order confirmation- specifying the mode of payment you have opted for.
  • For online Secure payments: If you opt for this payment method, payment link will be sent you once the item is ready to ship.
  • Bank Transfer: You can transfer the amount to our bank account provided.
  • Credit/Debit card on delivery: This option is available within Dubai city limits only.

CURRENTLY WE SHIP WITHIN UAE ONLY

Once your order is processed, we ship the same within 1-2 working days. Orders above AED 300 are eligible for free Shipping. Deliveries are done between 9:30 am and 9.30 pm Monday to Saturday except public holidays. We always deliver on time but sometimes delays are inevitable and we will notify you of the same beforehand. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.

Most of the items are dispatched the same/next day from our warehouses after the order is processed. If you selected “Bank Transfer” as the payment method then the items will be dispatched after the amount credited our bank account.

SHIPPING DETAILS

At the time of placing the order, customers are encouraged to put accurate address details to ensure delivery on time. We will deliver the goods to the premises you specified on your order. It is recommended that you are present to accept delivery of your order.

If any changes in the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery. Delivery time may also change and this will be notified to you beforehand.

Customers will be asked to sign for the goods upon delivery. Once delivered and signed for, no claim of damaged goods will be accepted. Photo identification may be needed in some cases to accurately verify the receiver.

THE FOLLOWING FORMS OF ID ARE ACCEPTED:

  • Original & Valid Emirates ID
  • Original & Valid Driving License
  • Original passport (profile and visa page)

In addition, if either “Credit Card/Debit card on Delivery”, or “Credit Card Online” are selected as the payment methods then the details on the photo ID should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.

  • We offer free shipping on order value more than AED 300 on all the items within UAE. The prices you see in the website are Inclusive of VAT.
  • Products will be delivered to the specified location (Within Dubai City) through our own delivery fleet, other than Dubai, third party couriers will be used.
  • Some remote area will not be served because of non-availability of courier services.
  • The typical delivery time is within 2 days of shipping.
